To provide a bowel processing system and a method for processing a bowel package.SOLUTION: A bowel processing system 1 comprises: a conveyor locus 2 comprising a plurality of carriers 3; a body tissue destruction section 4; and a gall bladder removal station 5, the respective carrier 3 is provided to carry a bowel package 6 extracted from a carcass of a fowl, the above-mentioned bowel package includes at least a liver, a sand gall, and the gall bladder, the body tissue destruction section 4 comprises a conveyor roll 10 for transporting the bowel package 6 with the carriers 3 of the conveyor locus 2, the conveyor roll 10 comprises a distal inlet section 11 from the gall bladder removal section 5 and a proximal outlet section 12 to the gall bladder removal section 5. Since a first vertical distance from the inlet section 11 to the conveyor locus 2 is larger than a second vertical distance from the outlet section 12 to the conveyor locus 2, the conveyor roll 10 is inclined upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
