To provide an elevator rail installation device, a rail installation system, and a rail installation method that are capable of shortening work time necessary for installing an elevator rail.SOLUTION: An elevator rail installation device 1 for installing an elevator rail 3 inside a hoistway 2 comprises: a rail positioning unit 5 that positions the rail 3; a rail fixing unit 6 that fixes the rail 3 in the hoistway 2 on the basis of the positioning result of the rail positioning unit 5; and a lifting unit 4 that lifts the rail positioning unit 5 and the rail fixing unit 6 in the hoistway 2. A connected state where the rail positioning unit 5 and the rail fixing unit 6 are connected and a separated state where they are separated are set in accordance with the work process of rail installation work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
