A method and system for informed decision making by adopting a stack of Artificial Intelligence ("AI") model (s) and a bio-inspired computing method and system for processing external data and interpreting them by using a cellular architecture for programmable nodes competing to make decisions and produce a near-natural decision effect are provided. The method and system for informed decision making by adopting a stack of Artificial Intelligence ("AI") model (s) of an artificial neural network, and said artificial neural network refers to a network of competing artificial nodes in different states which are able to propagate dynamically a pack of information from the input layer data to the output according to the size and the behavior of each of the nodes but also the velocity of the network in order to deliver a rational decision when the system reaches a preset maturity date or deadline. An AI model based on a network of specialized nodes (or neurons) is provided in the method and system to simulate the user brain entirely and deliver a rational decision useful to the user. The method creates a network for reinforcement learning where the environment is the network itself.
