An ophthalmic surgical platform (1) for rodents, comprising: a carrying part (10), which is a flat shape; a main body part (20), which is fixed on the carrying part (10), the main body part (20) being provided with a first concave part (21) which is used for accommodating the body of a rodent and a preparation platform (22) which is near to the first concave part (21) and used for placing the rodent thereon, the first concave part (21) having a shape that matches the body of the rodent, and a gap being formed between the main body part (20) and a surface of the carrying part (10); an auxiliary part (30), which is provided on the carrying part (10) and cooperates with the main body part (20), the auxiliary part (30) being provided with a base platform (31), the base platform (31) being provided with a second concave part (311) which cooperates with the first concave part (21) of the main body part (20) and which is used for accommodating the body of the rodent, the width of the second concave part (311) gradually decreasing along the direction far from the main body part (20) so as to form a shape that matches the body of the rodent, and the base platform (31) being provided with a first groove (312) which is used for accommodating the head of the rodent; and a heating plate (40), which is detachably assembled in the gap and is used for heating the carrying part (10), main body part (20), and auxiliary part (30) to a predetermined temperature, the heating plate (40) being provided with a handle (42) for lifting.
