An air column packaging bag, comprising an air inlet (1), an inflation channel (2), a check valve (3), a heat sealing line, and an air chamber (5). The air inlet (1) is communicated with the inflation channel (2). Two sides of the inflation channel (2) comprise a first heat sealing line (6) and a second heat sealing line (7) which are parallel to each other. Four sides of the air chamber (5) are provided with heat sealing lines. The inflation channel (2) and the air chamber (5) are separated by means of the first heat sealing line (6). The check valve (3) is provided on the first heat sealing line (6). The check valve (3) penetrates through the inflation channel (2) and the air chamber (5). According to the air column packaging bag, the surface of the air column packaging bag is completely flat before inflation, moisture and water can be prevented in the using process, and meanwhile, the appearance of the packaged product is attractive.
