The present invention relates to a titanium bronze alloy material, comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 5-7% of titanium, 0.8-1.5% of aluminum, 0.1-0.3% of silver, 0.2-0.4% of iron, 0.03-0.08% of rare earth, and the balance of copper. The present invention also relates to a preparation method and application of the titanium bronze alloy material. Devices manufactured by the titanium bronze alloy material have no air hole, sand hole or crack, uniform metallographic structure, metallographic particles below 65 microns, high strength, high torque, high plasticity, no magnetism and no spark. The titanium bronze alloy material can be applied to prepare tools and accessories used in special occasions, impact contact heads and the like, and can also be applied to prepare non-magnetic manual tools, non-spark manual tools and automatic impact tools, and are suitable for energy sources, chemical engineering, petroleum, natural gas, marine, aerospace, pharmaceutical, mining and other modern industries.
