Provided are an ADAS system processing method and automobile diagnostic device. The method comprises: according to vehicle information of a vehicle, obtaining ADAS system information of the vehicle, the ADAS system information comprising a subsystem contained by the ADAS system (S11); displaying the information of the subsystem contained by the ADAS system, the information of the subsystem comprising the identification of the subsystem and the status of the subsystem (S12); receiving a user instruction, and performing one of fault identification, fault handling, and calibration on the subsystem indicated by the user instruction (S13). The provided ADAS system processing method and automobile diagnostic device can detect ADAS system faults more conveniently, and improve the efficiency of fault detection.
