The paint-free board consists of 75-80 parts of polyvinyl chloride SG8 resin, 55-60 parts of ground calcium carbonate, 30-40 parts of recycled materials, 9-10 parts of a foaming regulator 300, 3.5-3.8 parts of a calcium zinc stabilizer, 0.3-0.4 part of an internal lubricant SP-60, 0.5-0.6 part of external lubricating PE wax, 0.3-0.4 part of a high-temperature external lubricant AP, 0.3-0.4 part of a plasticizer OA6, 0.3-0.4 part of an exothermic AC foaming agent, 1.3-1.4 parts of an endothermic NS-603 foaming agent, and 0.25 part of a blue light brightening agent. The paint-free board solves the problems in the existing products of low surface brightness, and low board hardness and strength.
