An air conditioner air outlet assembly (1) and an air conditioner having the air conditioner air outlet assembly (1). The air conditioner air outlet assembly comprises: an air outlet grille support (14), the air outlet grille support (14) having an air inlet end (141e), an air outlet end (141a), and an air duct formed between the air inlet end (141e) and the air outlet end (141a); at least one air guide plate (13), the at least one air guide plate (13) being disposed in the air duct, and each air guide plate (13) being capable of rotating along a horizontal axis; and multiple swing blades (12), the multiple swing blades being arranged at the air outlet end (141a), and each swing blade (12) being capable of rotating along a vertical axis. In the air conditioner air outlet assembly (1), the swing blades (12) are located outside or downstream of the air guide plate (13), the left-right rotation of the swing blades (12) is no longer affected by the air guide plate (13) and the structure of the air duct, and thus, ventilation dead corners on the left and right sides of the air conditioner are eliminated or reduced to a minimum.
