The hydraulic lifting system pumps seawater into the water injection vertical pipe (2) by using the water injection pump (1), then the deep-sea multi-high-pressure feed bin feeding device (3) is used to feed ore into a high-pressure pipeline (10) and mix the ore with the seawater, a mixture of the ore and the seawater is lifted to the mining vessel (7) at the sea level, the separated seawater is re-pumped into the water injection vertical pipe (2) by using the dewatering device (5) on the mining vessel (7), thereby forming a semi-closed-loop circulation system, generating very little seawater exchange with the submarine environment, and achieving the lowest disturbance to the submarine ecological environment.
