ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY SEMI-CLOSED-LOOP DEEP SEA ORE HYDRAULIC LIFTING SYSTEM

An environmentally-friendly semi-closed-loop deep sea ore hydraulic lifting system, comprising a water injection pump (1), a water injection vertical pipe (2), a deep-sea multi-high-pressure feed bin feeding device (3), a lifting vertical pipe (4), a dewatering device (5) and a pipeline (6); the water injection pump (1) and the dewatering device (5) are fixed on a mining vessel (7), the water injection pump (1) is in communication with the deep-sea multi-high-pressure feed bin feeding device (3) by means of the water injection vertical pipe (2), the deep-sea multi-high-pressure feed bin feeding device (3) is in communication with the dewatering device (5) by means of the lifting vertical pipe (4), and the water injection pump (1) is in communication with the dewatering device (5) by means of the pipeline (6). The hydraulic lifting system pumps seawater into the water injection vertical pipe (2) by using the water injection pump (1), then the deep-sea multi-high-pressure feed bin feeding device (3) is used to feed ore into a high-pressure pipeline (10) and mix the ore with the seawater, a mixture of the ore and the seawater is lifted to the mining vessel (7) at the sea level, the separated seawater is re-pumped into the water injection vertical pipe (2) by using the dewatering device (5) on the mining vessel (7), thereby forming a semi-closed-loop circulation system, generating very little seawater exchange with the submarine environment, and achieving the lowest disturbance to the submarine ecological environment. The hydraulic lifting system has a few moving components, has high reliability, is more environmentally-friendly, and has high working efficiency and good reliability.
