Disclosed is an ACE heavy truck fuel-saving system based on a dual-electric motor parallel-series power assembly system structure, especially an electric power splitter, the system can dynamically regulate and control the transfer path, direction and amplitude of a hundred-kilowatt mechanical or electric power flow between vehicle-mounted power subsystems by means of software definition or remote iterative updating without additionally providing any new hardware devices, same can flexibly create new functions i.e. longitudinal driving control and electromechanical energy management for vehicles or improve existing functions in a timely manner, and achieve the SAE L1 automatic driving function, such that the power performance, fuel consumption, pollutant emissions and active safety of the whole vehicle can be simultaneously optimized, so that the actual energy conservation and emission reduction effect during the running of the ACE heavy truck is fundamentally decoupled from the engine performance of the vehicle and the driving skill of a driver. By means of a fuel-saving algorithm using a cloud-end and vehicle-end collaborative fuel-saving data set combined with machine learning, the fuel-saving system has automatic learning and autonomous evolution capabilities during the vehicle life cycle, and can continuously optimize the energy conservation and emission reduction feature of the vehicle.
