An atlantoaxial dislocation posterior repositor having moving arms. The posterior repositor is characterized by: being provided with a limiting frame in a clamp shape. The clamp-shaped limiting frame is provided with a first support (1) and a second support (5); the first support (1) and the second support (5) are connected in a crossed manner at a middle intersection point; supporting arms (2, 3, 4) used for supporting and reposition promoting are mounted at the head end of the first support (1); clamping arms (6, 7, 8) used for clamping a posterior arch of atlas are mounted at the head end of the second support (5). During reposition, the moving supporting arms (2, 3, 4) can be utilized to push an atlantoaxial joint forward for reposition, and the clamping arms (6, 7, 8) can also be utilized to clamp the posterior arch of atlas to lift an atlas backward for reposition, or lifting of the clamping arms (6, 7, 8) is performed while the supporting arms (2, 3, 4) are pushed forwards to perform synergic reposition, extra reposition power can be provided, a reposition distance can be accurately controlled, and the problems in the prior art that posterior reposition power is insufficient, a reposition operation is difficult, and a reposition effect is poor are solved; moreover, the repositor can further be used for reposition of other dislocated vertebrae in addition to atlantoaxial dislocation.
