The present disclosure provides a novel calcium-containing food. In one embodiment, the present disclosure provides a calcium-containing food useful for the reduction of fatigue, the reduction of spasm and/or the prevention of stress fracture. In one embodiment, the present disclosure provides a calcium-containing beverage. In one embodiment, the present disclosure provides a calcium-containing sports beverage. In one embodiment, a composition of the present disclosure contains calcium and magnesium. In one aspect, the present disclosure provides a packaged product including a composition for preparing a beverage according to the present disclosure.
