Disclosed is a sport entertainment operation management system using a smart band, the system comprising: a smart band which is worn on the body of a pre-configured customer to measure body information of the customer, and checks whether the customer performs exercise in an experience facility which is partitioned and includes a sensor installed therein, and generates and transmits performance information; a management server which receives the body information and the performance information, and generates and outputs evaluation information obtained by evaluating the body of the customer according to a pre-configured evaluation index; and a customer terminal which receives the evaluation information and outputs same as visualized information.
