The invention relates to a positioning means for at least one textile reinforcement layer (2) of a concrete component (10), the positioning means (1) comprising at least one bolt (4) for assembly essentially perpendicular to the surface of a substrate (3) and at least one spacer (5) , which is connected to the at least one bolt (4) via a recess in the spacer (5) and serves to position the reinforcement layer (2) relative to the surface, the extent of the spacer (5) in the plane of the surface being greater than a mesh size of the reinforcement layer (2), and the spacer (5) in a position on which at least one bolt (4) can be locked.
