FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended to predict the risks of the formation and development of Legg-Calve-Perthes disease. Immunogenetic analysis of polymorphic variants of genes of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines is carried out by determining genetic predictors. The polymerase chain reaction method is used to determine polymorphic variants of the genes IL-6, INFG, TNF-a, IL-10, TGFB, IL-1B. Numerical values are assigned to polymorphisms: wild-type homozygote corresponds to one, heterozygote to two, mutant homozygote to triple. The risks of the formation of Legg-Calve-Perthes disease are assessed using the formula Y=(EXP(Z)/(1+EXP(Z)))×100%. If the value of the Y coefficient is more than 57.7%, significant risks of the formation of Legg-Calve-Perthes disease are predicted.
