PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote maintenance system capable of reducing a user's time and labor when establishing remote maintenance communication between an MFP and an operator terminal.SOLUTION: A remote maintenance system 100 allocates, upon receiving a connection request from an MFP 101a, an operator terminal 104a which has not established remote maintenance communication with another device to the MFP 101a which made the connection request, and establishes remote maintenance communication between the MFP 101a and the operator terminal 104a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
