To suppress the waste water discharged from a waste water tank from scattering to outside of a vehicle, during rotatably rising and falling of a garbage throwing box, in a garbage vehicle in which the garbage throwing box is rotatably provided at a rear part on an opening rear wall of a garbage storage box so as to rise and fall, the vehicle comprising the garbage throwing box provided with a waste water gutter receiving the discharged waste water oriented from the stored garbage, the waste water tank for storing the waste water in the waste water gutter, and a water conducting pipe for communicating the waste water gutter and the waste water tank.SOLUTION: There is provided a garbage throwing box 6 comprising a waste water gutter 13 receiving the discharged waste water originated from the stored garbage, a waste water tank 15 for storing the waste water in the waste water gutter 13, and a water conducting pipe P for communicating the waste water gutter 13 and the waste water tank 15 at a position deviated in either one direction of a right or left direction from a vertical center line C-C of the garbage throwing box 6. An inclination surface 17 for introducing the waste water flowing backward to the waste water gutter 13 from the waste water tank 15, to an inner side of a vehicle is provided in the water conducting pipe P during rotatably rising and falling of the garbage throwing box 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
