This terminal device is provided with a plurality of processing devices, wherein the processing devices are each provided with: a database (1); a state management unit (3) that manages data stored in the database (1); a request management unit (4) that decides data to be requested from an external system and a sequence in which the data will be requested from the external system on the basis of the management state of data in the state management unit (3), the management state of data in a state management unit (3) of another processing device, and a class of an event in the occurrence of a stipulated event required by the data, and that requests the data from the external system on the basis of the sequence; and an acquisition management unit (7) that manages the state in which data is acquired from the external system. The request management unit (4) of the stipulated processing device requests data from the external system.
