PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spin current magnetization reversal element which allows for magnetization reversal, without applying an external magnetic field.SOLUTION: A spin current magnetization reversal element includes a magnetoresistance effect element including a first ferromagnetic metal layer having a fixed magnetization direction, a second ferromagnetic metal layer having a changing magnetization direction, and a non-magnetic layer sandwiched by the first and second ferromagnetic metal layer, and spin orbital torque wiring extending in a first direction crossing the lamination direction of the magnetoresistance effect element, and being bonded to the second ferromagnetic metal layer side thereof. At least one surface of the second ferromagnetic metal layer in the lamination direction has an inclined surface inclining in the first direction, and magnetization of the second ferromagnetic metal layer is inclined by the inclined surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
