PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure plate capable of effective protection of and planting in a slope having an existing slope frame, a method for protecting a slope having an existing slope frame using the pressure plate, and a protection system of a slope having an existing slope frame.SOLUTION: A pressure plate 10 is fastened with an anchor 40 provided on a slope S that has a gridded slope frame 2 comprising a vertical frame part 2a and a lateral frame part 2b, and is installed on the slope S in a pressure contact state so as to receive reaction force from the slope S. The pressure plate 10 has a frame body 20, and a netted body 30 stretched on the undersurface of the frame body so as to cover the interior of the frame body, and the size of the frame body 20 in top view is a size that can be encompassed within one frame of the slope frame 2 in a region of the slope S.
