An operating room fire training apparatus according to an embodiment comprises: a sensor unit for acquiring user's movement information; and an output unit for outputting images and audio related to virtual reality, augmented reality, or mixed reality related to a fire situation during surgery; and a processor that implements virtual reality, the augmented reality, or the mixed reality, recognizes the user's fire coping action based on the obtained motion information, and evaluates the recognized fire coping action.
