The present invention relates to a reinforcing separator with improved fouling resistance, and more particularly, to a reinforcing membrane; and a polymer coating layer formed by permeating into its surface and its cross-section around it; and an inorganic material coating layer formed on the outer surface of the polymer coating layer, to an inorganic material-coated reinforcement separator and a method for manufacturing the same.
