As a method for an abnormal muscle synergy pattern training correction apparatus to correct an abnormal muscle synergy pattern of a subject, a plurality of electromyograms and strength of a force of a subject who has performed a task are measured, and posture information of the subject is recognized. The muscle synergy pattern used during the task is analyzed, and the target muscle synergy pattern requiring correction is selected from the training task of the selected subject based on the muscle synergy pattern.
