Provided are a systemic cryotherapy apparatus and method using a Stirling freezer. The cryotherapy apparatus includes at least one chamber, a first refrigerator configured to cool the inside of the at least one chamber to a first set temperature, and a second refrigerator configured to cool the inside of the at least one chamber to a second set temperature. A refrigerator and a controller configured to control the driving of the first refrigerator and the second refrigerator, wherein the first set temperature may be higher than the second set temperature.
