The present invention relates to a method for preparing nanoparticles comprising an amphiphilic block copolymer having a low molecular weight, and more particularly, to preparing a drug-containing nanoparticles using an amphiphilic block copolymer having a low molecular weight of a certain level. By doing so, it relates to a method capable of producing nanoparticles with excellent stability in an increased yield.
