The present invention discloses a method for producing a hierarchically porous titanium silicon TS-1 molecular sieve, using a titanic acid-based polyester polyol as a titanium source. The method can connect titanium to a polymer, making it difficult to hydrolyze titanium, thereby preventing precipitation of TiO 2 and reducing the production of non-framework titanium. In addition, since the titanic acid-based polyester polyol can be used as a titanium source and also as a mesopore casting agent in the synthesis process, the obtained TS-1 molecular sieve has a mesopore structure, and the TS-1 molecular sieve is used in the field of catalysis. There is also an important accelerating action in expanding the application.
