A multi-channel electrode array for brain map remodeling according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an ultra-thin flexible substrate; a plurality of signal measurement and stimulus application electrodes formed on the ultra-thin flexible substrate; a plurality of track electrodes for transmitting signals sensed by the plurality of signal measurement and stimulation application electrodes to the outside or external electrical stimulation to the plurality of signal measurement and stimulation application electrodes; an insulating layer formed to cover the plurality of track electrodes and the ultra-thin flexible substrate while exposing the plurality of signal measurement and stimulus application electrodes; and a plurality of through-holes formed in a region where the plurality of signal measurement and stimulus application electrodes and the plurality of track electrodes are not formed, and penetrating the substrate and the insulating layer.
