Trifluoromethyl-substituted sulfonamides as BCL-2-selective inhibitors

Disclosed are trifluoromethyl-substituted sulfonamide BCL-2-selective inhibitors, in particular a compound of formula (I), a stereoisomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a method for preparing the same. Also disclosed is the use of said compounds and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them for the treatment of anti-apoptotic BCL-2-related diseases such as cancer.
