A low-temperature hydraulic test apparatus according to the present invention includes a cooling chamber provided with a cooling device for lowering an internal temperature; an internal oil tank provided inside the cooling chamber to inject oil into the test object inside the cooling chamber; an external oil tank provided outside the cooling chamber to inject oil into the internal oil tank; a return line for injecting used oil into an external oil tank after the test of the test subject; and a control unit for controlling the injection of oil from the external oil tank to the internal oil tank, the injection of oil from the internal oil tank to the test object, and a return line.
