The present invention provides a housing defining an interior space having a first area and a second area; an inlet in communication with the first region and through which a gas source is introduced; an outlet communicating with the second region and discharging the gas source; a metal fiber filter disposed in the second region to filter the gas source and guide it to the outlet; and a flow path adjusting unit installed in at least one of the first region and the second region to bend the flow path of the gas raw material extending from the inlet to the metal fiber filter a plurality of times.
