MAGNETIC SENSOR WITH WIDE MAGNETIC FIELD MEASUREMENT RANGE

A magnetic sensor having a wide magnetic field measurement range is disclosed. The magnetic sensor includes a magnetic field sensing unit having more than one axis, and a magnetic film formed outside the magnetic field sensing unit and having an effect of dispersing a magnetic field substantially applied to the magnetic field sensing unit. The magnetic layer may include a component parallel to the axial direction of the magnetic sensing unit for which the measurement area is to be enlarged. The magnetic layer is made of a magnetic structure material, and the magnetic structure material may include any one of NiFe, ferrite, and sandust, or a combination thereof.
