An unmeasured daily water consumption calculation system according to the present invention includes an input unit for receiving an input of the capacity of a sewage treatment facility in an unmeasured business area within a specific area; a storage unit for storing relational data in which a relationship between daily water consumption and the capacity of a sewage treatment facility in the specific area is set; a calculation unit for calculating daily water consumption corresponding to the capacity of the sewage treatment facility in the unmeasured business area received from the input unit using the relation data; and an output unit for outputting the daily water consumption of the unmeasured business area calculated by the calculation unit.
