A thermal management system for a fuel cell vehicle includes a fuel cell stack, a solid hydrogen storage device, and a hydrogen supply pipe. The fuel cell stack receives hydrogen and air to produce electricity and discharge water. The solid hydrogen storage device comprises a first vessel containing a solid phase hydrogen storage material, a second vessel containing a thermochemical thermal energy storage material, a third vessel containing a heat transfer medium, a first vessel, a second vessel, and a third vessel. It is connected to the container and includes a piping for circulation of the heat transfer medium. The hydrogen supply pipe is connected to the first container and the fuel cell stack.
