A method and apparatus for extracting phase information and constructing a stereoscopic image are presented. A method for extracting phase information and constructing a stereoscopic image according to an embodiment includes measuring an image of intensity of light passing through a specimen using an optical signal measuring apparatus; and extracting optical phase information of the specimen by applying Kramers-Kronig relations to the measured image, wherein the phase information extraction of the specimen and a stereoscopic image based on the phase information can be configured.
