The present invention relates to a MAS-based distributed control system and method in a DC microgrid. The MAS-based distributed control method in a DC microgrid according to the present invention comprises the steps of: a) acquiring information used for decision making for determining a control mode by a control unit through a communication network; b) determining whether a grid failure (failure) by the control unit based on the obtained information; c) determining whether the ESS or RES is faulty (failure) by the control unit based on the obtained information; d) If it is not a grid failure (failure) in the determination of step b), adjust the DCV and balance the system power according to the supply-demand power relationship by the control unit, and implement the grid recovery control algorithm when the grid recovers from the failure activating to determine a control mode; and e) if it is not a failure (failure) of the ESS or RES in the determination of step c), the control unit activates the DCV (DC-link) recovery algorithm or the grid recovery detection algorithm according to the DCV control capability of the grid and battery agent to determine a control mode.
