The present application provides an aluminum alloy powder capable of being used for 3D printing, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The aluminum alloy powder comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1.00-10.00 wt% of Mg; 0.10-1.80 wt% of Sc; 0.1-1.60 wt% of Zr; 0.05-3.50 wt% of Mn; 0.01-0.90 wt% of Fe; 0.01-3.00 wt% of Cu; 0.01-3.00 wt% of Si; 0.01-3.50 wt% of Zn; 0.01-0.08 wt% of Cr; and 0.01-0.08 wt% of Ni, with the balance being Al. A 3D printing workpiece prepared by using the aluminum alloy powder of the present invention has the advantages of being fine in tissue, good in mechanical property, and high in stress corrosion resistance and the like.
