To provide a record board dubbing method and a device, and a record board reproducing method and a device that faithfully dub sound information recorded on the record board.SOLUTION: A record board is rotated at a slower speed than a predetermined value. A record needle is brought into contact with a groove of the rotating record board, and sound information recorded in the groove is converted into an analog signal. The analog signal is sampled and converted into digital data. The digital data is stored in a storage medium. The digital data stored in the storage medium may be reproduced at a reproducing speed faster than the predetermined value.
