(A) Formula (I) [wherein R ¹ represents an organic group having a (meth) acrylic group, and R ² , R ³ and R ⁴ are each independently a hydrogen atom or C _{1 to} C _10. A copolymer of at least one monomer M1 of -representing an alkyl group; and (b) at least one ethylenically unsaturated radical copolymerizable monomer M2 different from monomer M1. Also described are two-component adhesives (two-part adhesives) containing the copolymer and a multifunctional curing agent. The copolymer and the two-component adhesive can be used as a laminate adhesive.
