A point-of-care testing system (1) for an immunochromatographic strip. The testing system (1) comprises an information collection device (2) and a computation device (3) that are separated from each other; the information collection device (2) comprises a collection assembly (24) and a first communication assembly (25); and the computation device (2) comprises a control module (31), a storage module (32), a second communication module (34), and an output module (33). The testing system (1) performs simulation to obtain a calibration curve at an actual ambient temperature, thereby significantly improving the accuracy of the concentration measurement of a light-emitting probe.
