Provided is a plasma colorimetric equipment for a chemical bioassay analysis, comprising: a nano-mushroom-like array periodic structure arranged on a substrate and consisting of nano-mushroom-like units periodically arranged in an array. Each nano-mushroom-like unit comprises: a polymer nanocolumn, a sphere on the top of the polymer nanocolumn, silver nano- and microparticles on the side walls, and a silver layer on a plane of the substrate.
