Provided is a one-dimensional DOA estimation method based on combined signals at specific frequencies. In the method, a plurality of signals at specific frequencies are transmitted; a corresponding frequency signal is separated from a received signal of each array element by means of a plurality of narrow-band filters at different frequencies, so as to obtain a frequency domain received data model; then, a source signal matrix is normalized and a frequency domain received data matrix is reconstructed; primary expansion is carried out on a uniform physical array to form a virtual non-uniform array; and finally, in conjunction with an existing non-uniform array data covariance matrix processing method, secondary virtual expansion is carried out on the virtual non-uniform array, thereby finally obtaining a virtual uniform array that has been subjected to secondary expansion, and realizing secondary expansion of an array aperture. In the method, under the condition that a traditional uniform array structure does not need to be changed, by means of receiving a plurality of narrow-band signals at specific frequencies and relying on prior information, i.e. a frequency proportion, the virtual expansion of an array aperture is realized, such that estimation precision is improved.
