BASE STATION CONTROL METHOD, OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEM (OSS), AND DISTRIBUTED BASE STATION SYSTEM (DBS)

The embodiments of the present application provide a base station control method, an operations support system (OSS), and a distributed base station system (DBS), being used for optimizing in the DBS the control of power supply to a base station by means of the cooperative working of the OSS, the base station and a power supply, reducing the power consumption of the base station, and thereby reducing the operational expenses (OPEX) of the base station. In the base station control method, first operation data of a first base station unit which is in a power-on or wake-up state in a base station indicates that the first base station unit is in a low capacity state, and at this time, the OSS controls the first base station unit to enter a power-off state or a sleeping state, so that energy consumption control of the base station can be optimized.
