The present disclosure relates to the field of smart cities. Disclosed are an artificial intelligence open platform and method for intelligent transportation, and a medium and an electronic device. The platform comprises: a model library comprising a transportation scene model; a graphic object base comprising first graphical objects corresponding to the model and a second graphical object for establishing a connection relationship between the first graphical objects; a front-end display module for displaying an interface, so as to construct a project according to a dragging instruction regarding a graphical object in the interface; a matching module for determining target models and a connection relationship between the target models according to the first graphical objects and the connection relationship established by the second graphical object; and an input/output module for acquiring transportation data, inputting the transportation data into each target model according to the connection relationship between the target models, acquiring an output result of each target model, determining a final output result according to the output result, and outputting the final output result. By means of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the development efficiency of an intelligent transportation project is improved, and the development cost thereof is reduced.
