According to the present invention, a first outer flange (51a) comprises: a first introducing groove section (51in) formed in an axial direction and introducing a coil wire to be wound around a coil (7); a first extraction groove section (51out) formed in the axial direction and extracting a coil wire (70) that has been wound around the coil (7) to the radial outside of a stator core (11); and a plurality of guides (G1-G4) which form a plurality of groove sections (M1-M3) that respectively hold a plurality of jumper wires (70J) for connecting the coils (7) of different teeth sections (11b), extend in the circumferential direction, and are arranged in the axial direction.
