System and procedures for optimising machine algorithms for monitoring the operation of an industrial machine, comprising: monitoring at least one industrial machine behaviour model of at least one industrial machine; identify at least one first ambiguous segment of at least one industrial machine behaviour model with a first set of characteristics and identify a corrective solution recommendation associated with the first ambiguous segment; identify at least a second ambiguous segment of at least one industrial machine behaviour model with a second set of characteristics;determine whether a similarity between the first set of characteristics and the second set of characteristics exceeds a predetermined threshold; and update a machine operator algorithm of at least one industrial machine behaviour model to assign the corrective solution recommendation to the second ambiguous segment when it is determined that the similarity has exceeded the predetermined threshold value.
