Implementations of the present application disclose a method, a system and an intelligent terminal for pairing between an intelligent wearable device and an intelligent terminal. The method includes: displaying, by the intelligent wearable device, an identification code; scanning, by the intelligent terminal, the identification code displayed by the intelligent wearable device; sending, by the intelligent terminal, a wireless broadcast signal, and monitoring a response sent to the intelligent terminal; returning, by the intelligent wearable device, the response after the intelligent wearable device receives the wireless broadcast signal sent by the intelligent terminal, where the response includes the identification code; receiving, by the intelligent terminal, the response, and extracting the identification code from the received response; and comparing, by the intelligent terminal, the extracted identification code and the scanned identification code, and pairing up with the intelligent wearable device if the extracted identification code and the scanned identification code are consistent. By using the implementations of the present application, the intelligent terminal and the intelligent wearable device can be securely paired.
