The present disclosure relates to an OLED driving power source and an OLED television. The OLED driving power source comprises a power source board connected to a motherboard and an OLED screen. The power source board comprises a standby circuit, a power supply circuit, a first conversion module, a second conversion module, and a switch. After the power source connects, the standby circuit supplies power to the motherboard and the power supply circuit. The power supply circuit starts the first conversion module to output a first voltage and a second voltage so as to supply power to the motherboard, and to output a high-voltage direct current to the second conversion module, and the switch switches the first voltage to a first enable voltage to supply power to the OLED screen. The power supply circuit starts the second conversion module to convert the high-voltage direct current into a second enable voltage so as to supply power to the OLED screen and light up the OLED screen, wherein the first conversion module comprises a bridgeless PFC circuit and an auxiliary LLC control circuit which are integrated in the same semiconductor chip package. By means of integrating the bridgeless PFC and the auxiliary LLC control circuit into one control chip, the circuit structure is optimized, the area of a power source board is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
