Disclosed is a dental implant surgery cost calculation system comprising: a surgery cost calculation device for calculating an implant surgery cost by applying an implant surgery success rate quantitatively predicted on the basis of surgery plan information about an individual patient; and a surgery concordance rate determination device which overlaps an inputted three-dimensional surgery plan image and a three-dimensional surgery result image and compares same so as to determine the amount of concordance between the plan and the surgery result, and which outputs the concordance rate thereof as a quantitative numerical value.
