The present invention relates to a hybrid fiber-based stretch sensor having a multi-layer structure in which fiber-based electrical resistance and capacitive methods are mixed. The present invention is a stretchable fiber base and; a lower conductive layer formed on the upper surface of the textile substrate and formed to be stretchable together with the textile substrate; an elastic dielectric laminated to a predetermined thickness on the upper surface of the lower conductive layer and stretchably laminated together with the fiber base; an upper conductive layer formed on the upper surface of the elastic dielectric and formed to be stretchable together with the fiber base; an electrical resistance layer formed on the upper surface of the upper conductive layer to be stretched and contracted together with the fiber base; a capacitance measuring line connected to the lower conductive layer and the upper conductive layer to output a change signal of capacitance in response to a change in length of the lower conductive layer and the upper conductive layer; An electrical resistance measuring line connected to the electrical resistance layer to output an electrical resistance change signal for a change in the length of the electrical resistance layer to be measured; provides a hybrid type fiber-based stretch sensor comprising.
